REFLECTION
Experience
This module significantly shaped my perspective and feelings towards typography. Initially, I held little interest in typography due to its numerous rules and principles. However, as I delved into the modules, I realized it presented a significant opportunity for students to express creativity and develop their preferences. Surprisingly, I found enjoyment in creating various fonts and designs that are actually inspired by my own ideas. In essence, this experience  broadened my perspective of design, improved my knowledge of typography, and sharpened my abilities in the foundations of graphic design.

Observation
While there is a certain amount of risk involved in challenging existing stereotypes in typography during the design process, there are also potential for producing unique and unusual designs. But there are also particular issues that need to be considered. In my observation, this problem usually arises when determining whether to use a lot of different visual elements, which could compromise legibility, or few visual elements, which could preserve legibility but make the design seem boring. Finding the ideal balance is essential since too many components can become distracting and divert attention.

Findings
This module provided insightful information about the design process for branding. Designing font types and logos for brand identity requires careful consideration of the message, intent, and overall impact of the design. It takes more than just planning and doing things right away; careful study and patience are needed. Personally, I found the kerning process challenging, recognizing the need to further learn and improve in that area in the future. The task of pairing and kerning each letter individually proved to be the most difficult aspect for me. Even though I realized that layout design might be my area of interest, I knew that this is a difficult task and that I did not get the results I had hoped for. Nonetheless, I still tried my best to push through and gave all my best on bringing a good outcomes.
